This report presents the results of testing done by the National Center for Asphalt Technology (NCAT) comparing a warm-mix asphalt (WMA) with a conventional hot-mix asphalt (HMA). The WMA is referred to by the trade name AquaBlack™. The field test was conducted in Walla Walla, Washington using a new section of US-12 in April of 2010.
